The present invention relates to a server device for electronic transfer of bills and a computer program for performing a bill electronic transfer method thereof. The disclosed computer program can perform the bill electronic transfer method comprising the following steps of: comparing a requested transfer amount with an available withdrawal amount of a financial account in which an automatic transfer payment service of bills is registered; activating the credit withdrawal limit of the financial account when the available withdrawal amount is less than the requested transfer amount; and processing automatic transfer of the requested transfer amount by adding required amount to the available withdrawal amount within the activated credit withdrawal limit. Therefore, the server device for electronic transfer of bills does not cause an inconvenience that various necessary goods such as communications service or the like are unavailable to use due to temporary arrearage or the like, by preventing charge delinquency which may occur due to unavoidable circumstances or the like regardless of ability willingness to repay specific bills. |
