Disclosed are a cloud streaming service system, a method for enhancing a content image quality, and an apparatus therefor. The cloud streaming service system of the present invention determines whether an image quality for the entire section of content is degraded or not when a cloud streaming service is provided, searches for an image quality degradation section from the entire section in accordance with the determination result, and can provide the cloud streaming service by additionally encoding the image quality degradation section after encoding the entire section at a constant bit rate. Accordingly, the cloud streaming service system of the present invention can provide the cloud streaming service which can maintain the content image quality higher than a predetermined level while the encoding is minimized to maximally secure concurrent users of the cloud streaming service. |
