According to the present invention, a method for selecting disease regulatory ubiquitin ligases, in which an apparatus for selecting disease regulatory ubiquitin ligases establishes a disease feature weighting network from biological information data and disease-associated genetic information and selects disease regulatory ubiquitin ligases through the analysis of the network, comprises the following steps of: selecting disease-associated proteins; selecting disease-associated cell functions from information on the disease-associated proteins; establishing a biological control network by matching, with proteins, components of biological information data on a relationship between protein interaction, gene expression control or proteolytic regulation; establishing a disease feature weighting network by matching the disease-associated cell functions with the proteins of the biological control network and scoring the correlation between proteins; and assigning disease correlation scores for each protein by applying the disease-associated proteins to the disease feature weighting network, and selecting a main disease regulatory enzyme in the disease feature weighting network by using disease correlation scores. |
