METHOD OF PREPARING A NANOCELLULOSE

A method for manufacturing nanocellulose according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: (a) irradiating cellulose-based materials with UV rays; and (b) pulverizing the cellulose-based materials irradiated with UV rays. The method according to the present invention may be an economic process since the time required for a pulverization process can be significantly shortened as compared to a conventional method by irradiating UV rays, and the power consumption can also be reduced accordingly.
