<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a structure preventing high-temperature lubricating oil from coming into contact with an input disc, an output disc or a power roller 3a to promote improvement in durability and to promote prevention of a reduction in transmission efficiency at a traction part. <P>SOLUTION: A seal ring 21 sealing a radial outer-end opening of a rolling element arrangement space 18. In addition, outer ring side oil drain paths 24a are provided in a radial outer-end-oriented part of an outer ring 7b in a state of passing through the outer ring 7b from its inner-side surface to its outer-side surface.
