The present invention relates to an integrated inside mirror assembly of a vehicle, provided to improve the layout by integrating various parts which are attached to windshield glass on the front side of a vehicle. In particular, provided is an integrated inside mirror assembly of a vehicle which can enhance the assemblability and workability while improving the layout at the same time by configuring a rain sensor, an ETCS antenna, a defog sensor, etc. to be integrally formed on a stay of an inside mirror.
