The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture a pillow ball stud by a horizontal pressurizing method and, more specifically, the apparatus forms a mold to form an outer appearance of the pillow ball stud and a forming forging mold to pressurize the mold with a cut base metal pipe. The forming forging mold has a pressurizing member having a tapered shape and a movable block operated horizontally in correspondence to the pressurizing member having the tapered shape on a left and a right side respectively. A fixated block is formed on one side of the movable block of both sides, and a horizontal pressurizing pin is also formed on the movable block; thus the apparatus forming one pillow ball stud by pressurizing a base metal placed between an upper mold and a lower mold inserted into the fixated block as being slid forwards and backwards from the left and right side.
