According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device which comprises: a thin film transistor including an active layer, a gate electrode, source and drain electrodes, a first insulating layer arranged between the active layer and the gate electrode, and a second insulating layer arranged between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes; a third insulating layer covering the source and drain electrodes; a pixel electrode arranged in an opening formed on the third insulating layer; an optical property control layer formed between the pixel electrode and the first insulating layer; a first protective layer formed in an end unit of the optical property control layer; a fourth insulating layer for covering an end unit of the pixel electrode; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the pixel electrode; and an opposite electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer. |
