A computer system (10), such as a gaming system, includes a server device (100) which provides one or more content packages (20) each comprising a plurality of asset files (22). A client device (200) stores the content packages (20), and generates a virtual environment based on the asset files to be displayed on a display unit (205). A fingerprint module (270) is arranged to record an asset list (272) directly or indirectly representing a sequence of the asset files (22) according to progress through the virtual environment at the client device (200), and to distinguish between legitimate and non-legitimate behaviour of the client device (200) according to the recorded asset list (272). The fingerprint module (270) may take action based on detection of non-legitimate behavior such as an alarm, restricting progress through the virtual environment or interrupt generation of the virtual environment. |
