Provided is a thin film transistor display panel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thin film transistor display panel comprises: a substrate including a display area and a periphery area; a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer positioned on the substrate, and positioned on the display area and the peripheral area respectively; and a protective layer positioned on the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer include an oxide semiconductor. The thickness of the first semiconductor layer is different from that of the second semiconductor layer.
