The present invention provides a current transformer module replaceable latching relay. The current transformer module replaceable latching relay comprises: a latching relay having a space portion inside; a module apparatus combined with and separated from the space portion of the latching relay; a coil installed inside the module apparatus; and a contact portion installed outside the module apparatus, and enabling conduction between the module apparatus and the latching relay by using the coil. The module apparatus comprises: a basic module apparatus not including a current transformer; and a current transformer module apparatus including the current transformer. The module apparatus can be installed in the latching relay by being replaced.
