The present invention relates to a windbreak USB rechargeable lighter and, more specifically, provides a windbreak lighter, wherein in accordance with a first characteristic, a lighter entrance is opened and closed by a cover in rain or fine as a flame is easily extinguished on a windy day or a rainy day to give inconvenience to smokers. According to a second characteristic, unlike a nonpermanent lighter using gas like a conventional disposable lighter, a USB rechargeable lighter is introduced to be permanently used.
