A catheter is described herein, having a catheter shaft including a proximal end and a distal end, a tip attached to the distal end, including first and second legs spaced apart to form a slot therebetween, the slot in fluid communication with a lumen of the catheter shaft, and a bladder inflatable element positioned over an outer surface of at least one of the first and second legs.

1. A catheter, comprising:
a catheter shaft including a proximal end and a distal end; a tip attached to the distal end of the catheter shaft, the tip including a first leg spaced apart from a second leg to form a slot therebetween, the slot in fluid communication with a lumen of the catheter shaft, wherein the slot includes an expanded region at a proximal end of the slot, and wherein the expanded region is more expanded than a region positioned midway between the proximal end and a distal end of the slot; and a first bladder inflatable element positioned around a section of the first leg such that at least a portion of the first bladder inflatable element faces radially outwardly from the first leg, and a second bladder inflatable element positioned around a section of the second leg.
