The present invention relates to a touch panel. According to the present invention, the touch panel includes: a touch electrode which includes first unit electrodes, arranged to be inclined in the direction of one side against a first axis in parallel with one side of a transparent substrate, and second unit electrodes, arranged to be inclined in the direction of the other side against the first axis, and has a zigzag pattern formed on the transparent substrate as the first unit electrodes and the second unit electrodes are alternately and continuously arranged in the direction of the first axis; and an overcoat which includes first protrusion units, arranged to be inclined in the direction of crossing the first unit electrodes in locations corresponding to the first unit electrodes, second protrusion units, arranged to be included in the direction of crossing the second unit electrodes in locations corresponding to the second unit electrodes, and has a zigzag pattern formed on the touch electrode as the first protrusion units and the second protrusion units are alternately and continuously arranged in the direction of the first axis. Intervals of the first protrusion units and the second protrusion units in the direction of the first axis are set to be the same as the intervals of the first unit electrodes and the second unit electrodes in the direction of the first axis. |
