Disclosed is a film manufacturing method. The film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: allowing a first film to be laminated with a second film that has a melting point lower than that of the first film via at least one process among a dry laminating process, a T-die process, and a bonding process; and allowing a laminated film obtained in the previous step to be re-laminated with a third film that has a melting point lower than that of the second film via at least one process among the dry laminating process, the T-die process, and the bonding process. The first film is a polyester film whose melting point is 110-220°C, and the second film is one among a polypropylene film, a polyethylene film, a non-oriented polypropylene film and a biaxially oriented polypropylene film whose melting points are 150-180°C. In addition, the third film is a polyethylene resin film whose melting point is 80-120°C. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a film manufacturing method capable of simplifying a production process and reducing defect rate by producing a film which has a retro-reflection function or to which urethane can be applied without a separate process during film processing processes. |
