A charging control device of an electronic apparatus includes: a battery, included in the electronic apparatus, for storing power or supplying power to the electronic apparatus; a power input unit, connected to an external power supply device, for supplying power to the electronic apparatus or the battery; a system for receiving power through the power input unit or the battery; and a power management module for controlling the power supplied through the power input unit or the power which is inputted and outputted to and from the battery by determining whether the system is abnormal.
