The present invention relates to an exhaust gas re-circulation valve device for a cam structure, which opens and closes a path to re-circulate exhaust gas generated in an internal combustion gas of a vehicle to an intake manifold by linear moving a valve unit by receiving a rotation force of a motor, minimizes power loss generated in a power transmission process by reducing an axial force and a friction force by arranging a power transmission gear unit and an operation gear unit to linear move the valve unit by receiving a rotation force of the motor in a straight line with a linear moving direction of the valve unit, enables stable operation when opening and closing a gas flow path, and improves operation reliability.
