According to an existing method, black ginseng with high quality is manufactured by using black ginseng or black ginseng is used as health supplement food; a highly concentrated black ginseng extract has bitter taste; and therefore teenagers or common people hesitate to eat the black ginseng extract. According to the present invention, to mitigate a draw back stated earlier, black ginseng is manufactured by the following steps: producing a black ginseng extract by repeating a process for steaming ginseng in a steamer and drying the ginseng in a dryer nine times; producing black sesame powder by repeating a process for steaming black sesame in the steamer and drying the black sesame in the dryer three times; producing shiitake powder by repeating a process for steaming shiitake and drying the shiitake in the dryer; fermenting, in a fermentation chamber, a black ginseng mixture obtained by mixing the black ginseng extract with sieved malt and rice for liquor; mixing the black ginseng mixture, the black sesame powder, and the shiitake powder; and packaging the mixture of the black ginseng mixture, the black sesame powder, and the shiitake powder to enable the black ginseng to be eaten and stored in an easy manner. Therefore, anyone can eat the black ginseng in an easy manner. |
