Disclosed are a method, a terminal and an apparatus for providing a screen in a simple mode. The apparatus for providing a simple mode includes: a mode arranging unit for constructing a user interface of a terminal to include at least one from a common mode menu and a simple mode menu; a user interface unit for receiving an input signal to execute the simple mode corresponding to the simple mode menu; an operation mode converting unit for generating a conversion signal for converting an operation mode into the simple mode, if receiving the input signal; and a simple mode operating unit for operating the simple mode, which provides a simple graphical user interface (GUI) comprising terminal functions and applications with high usage frequencies of user, based on statistics. |
