A method for inducing a T lymphocyte, comprising: transducing a T lymphocyte with an RNA encoding an antigen of interest, wherein said T lymphocyte comprising the transduced RNA functions as an antigen-presenting cell; treating the T lymphocyte transduced with the RNA by gamma ray irradiation or with mitomycin; and stimulating a T lymphocyte with the T-lymphocyte transduced with the RNA obtained in the above step, thereby inducing the T lymphocyte which recognizes the antigen. | ||
