The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cosmetic composition of a mascara having low weight and low specific gravity, reducing the specific gravity of a mascara by a method of forming bubbles by injecting a gas inside mascara contents and uniformly stirring the same while the mascara is manufactured, so when the same amount of mascara is coated on eyelashes, the eyelashes do not sag right after coating or even time passes compared with a general mascara, thereby maintaining a mascara make-up effect for a long time, and enabling a user to feel light, and to a cosmetic composition of mascara having low specific gravity and low weight produced thereby.
