According to the present invention, provided is a bulging device for manufacturing a muffler wherein a support body installation member is fixated to and installed on a back side of a frame and an insertion support body is fixated to and installed in the support body installation member and a bulging tool is installed in an upper portion of the insertion support body and a front end part of a bolt protrudes from an upper side of the insertion support body and an internal upper side support body is coupled with the bolt on the upper side of the insertion support body and a guide rail is installed on a front side of the frame and a support roller member supports a lower side of the front end part of the insertion support body and a pressing member moving cylinder is installed in the upper portion of the frame and a bulging pressing member forms a bulging unit and a position setting member is installed on an upper surface of the bulging tool. Therefore, the present invention easily forms the bulging unit in an accurate position of an outer container body. |
