The present invention relates to a shuttle unit automatic discharging method, including: a detection step of detecting a broken shuttle unit; a search step of searching a push shuttle unit to push the broken shuttle unit; a synchronization step of elevating a pair of lift units comprised at both sides of a rack structure respectively and then synchronizing the lift units to a position of the push shuttle unit and a position of the broken shuttle unit respectively; a movement step of moving the push shuttle unit to the position of the broken shuttle unit; a step of pushing the broken shuttle unit to be loaded on another pair of lift units, by controlling the push shuttle unit; and a step of discharging the broken shuttle unit to the outside of the rack structure by lifting down the other pair of the lift units. Therefore, the method of the present invention can discharge the broken shuttle unit to the outside of the rack structure by pushing the broken shuttle unit using an unbroken shuttle unit, and thus has the effect of solving inconvenience of a worker to climb the rack structure to collect the broken shuttle unit.
