The present invention relates to an all-in-one testing device for a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) of a finished product in which components are mounted. The device includes: a main body in which a control unit and a frequency generation unit are placed; a test sample moving unit which is placed on the top surface of the main body to be movable in the left and right directions and has an FPCB holding groove to place the FPCB of the finished product; a first test unit which is for sensory test and quantitative test for LEDs of the FPCB of the finished product; a second test unit which includes a component test unit for testing insertion force and removal force of a ear-jack unit and a USB connector unit of the FPCB of the finished product, a touch test unit for testing touch ICs, and a hole IC and home key test unit for testing the operation of a hole IC and a home key; a third test unit which is for sensitivity and sound leakage test of a microphone of the FPCB of the finished product; and a fair quality marking unit which performs a dot marking process if the FPCB of the finished product is determined to have fair quality from testing through the first to third test units. The all-in-one testing device for an FPCB of a finished product in which components are mounted enables comprehensive testing in one device by integrating multiple tests for an FPCB of a finished product which are performed separately so far. |
