The present invention provides a rectifying circuit. The rectifying circuit includes: a low side switching unit connected between a first input node and a second input node to receive an alternating current voltage from a reference node; a high side switching unit connected between the first and second input nodes and an output node for outputting the rectified voltage; and a low side driving unit for controlling the low side switching unit by providing a slow side driving voltage with a phase synchronized with a phase of the voltage received from one of the first and second input nodes to the low side switching unit by responding to a control signal. The rectifying circuit has a rapid response speed property and high conversion efficiency. |
