A power transfer apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a power consumption place; and a gas turbine which transfers power to the power consumption place, wherein the gas turbine is electrically and mechanically connected to the power consumption place. The power transfer apparatus according to the present invention electrically transfers power generated from the gas turbine to equipment except for a propeller and mechanically transfers power through shaft connection when a switch board in the electrical connection is in an abnormal state by electrically and mechanically connecting the gas turbine to the power consumption place.
