The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a production method thereof, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. According to the present invention, the method for producing the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery (100) comprises the following steps: (S10) forming an electrode assembly using the nonaqueous electrolyte containing a positive electrode (72), a negative electrode (80), and a compound (I) represented by chemical formula (I); and (S20) forming a film on a surface of the positive electrode (72) after decomposition of the compound (I) by charging the electrode assembly. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in terms of the electrolyte assembly formation, the content of the compound (I) is configured to be greater than or equal to 0.1 wt%, with respect to 100 wt% of the total nonaqueous electrolyte. |
