Provided is a method for simultaneously detecting tumor-specific mutation and epigenetic changes of a circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) using localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and plasmon coupling of metal nanoparticles. According to the present invention, the method not only simultaneously detects tumor-specific mutation and epigenetic changes of a circulating tumor DNA existing by low concentration in the blood, but also is applied to simultaneously detection of various biomarkers existing by low concentration in the body. |
