According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate which is defined as a display area and a pad area; a thin film transistor which is positioned on the substrate in the display area, and has an active layer, a gate electrode, and source and drain electrodes; an anode which is electrically connected to the thin film transistor, and is composed of two or more conductive layers; and a pad electrode which is positioned on the substrate in the pad area, and is composed of a plurality of conductive layers. A first conductive layer of the pad electrode is composed of the same material as the source and drain electrodes. A second conductive layer of the pad electrode and a third layer of the pad electrode are formed to cover the first conductive layer. |
