An apparatus for housing and charging an unmanned aerial vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a pole which is arranged on the ground; an extension member which is extended to the pole; a cover which is formed on the bottom of the extension member and is opened and closed to receive and protect an unmanned aerial vehicle; a binding part which is formed inside the cover and binds the unmanned aerial vehicle; and a charging part which is formed in the binding part and charges the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the present invention, the pole type apparatus for housing and charging a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned aerial vehicle efficiently performs a role for housing multiple unmanned aerial vehicles, reduces the waste of manpower by using the unmanned aerial vehicle, and performs streetlight and monitoring camera roles in normal times.
