摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device, which comprises the following steps: forming a first electrode on a substrate; stacking a plurality of organic material layers on the first electrode; and forming a second electrode on the uppermost organic material layer among the organic material layers. At least two organic material layers, which are continuously stacked from the organic material layers, are formed to be stacked through a liquid solution process by using an organic solution in which a solvent and an organic material are mixed, and the solvent of the organic material solution, which forms the organic material layer subsequently formed on the previously formed organic material layer, includes a solvent different from the solvent which forms the previously formed organic material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the organic material layers are continuously formed through a solution process, the organic material layer previously formed by the solvent can be prevented from being dissolved or melted. Accordingly, the organic material layers can be stacked in a desired thickness.
