The present invention relates to a method for producing a conductive film based on a water-dispersible polyurethane resin, wherein the conductive film ensures an increase in the productivity and the production in a small unit via a property production environment and exhibits excellent eco-friendliness, innoxiousness to human body, lightweightness, and elasticity, while securing outstanding mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties as well. The conductive film of the present invention also has flexible crack and impact strength even below zero temperatures. The present invention further relates to a conductive film based on the water-dispersible polyurethane resin produced thereby. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing the conductive film based on the water-dispersible polyurethane resin, which comprises the following steps: a resin composition for the conductive film preparing step of preparing a resin composition for the conductive film; a defoamation step of eliminating bubbles contained in the resin composition prepared from the resin composition for the conductive film; a coating step of coating the defoamed resin composition onto a heat-resistant release paper; and a drying/foaming step of obtaining the conductive film by drying and foaming the resin composition coated on the release paper. |
