The present invention relates to a method for extracting starch from peeled and dried raw acorns by maximizing a starch recovery rate (a recovery rate of 60-65%). Starch particles are ground finely to the maximum while the acorns are not soaked into water, and starch is allowed to be obtained from the ground starch particles at a maximum efficiency. The method comprises the steps of: removing foreign substances attached to dried acorns; grinding the acorns from which foreign substances have been removed into a fixed size of particles by using a cutting mill; putting acorn starch ground finely by using the cutting mill and water into a tank, and dissolving and separating non-starch substances that surround the starch to obtain a suspension; removing residues from the suspension by pressurizing a filter in a filtering device to separate starch and non-starch from the suspension by using a centrifuge; dehydrating the suspension by using a dehydrator to obtain starch; and drying the starch that contains moisture at a constant rate and packaging the starch. |
