Based on the time and location information received via GPS, ocean tide information of the corresponding location and time is provided in real time to set up a database regarding the disaster prevention, the safety supervision of ocean leisure industry, the economical fishing activity, the development of ocean tourism industry, the safe operation of a ship and the ocean environmental management and the ocean tide information, and they can be updated periodically. |
