The present invention relates to a testing apparatus of a separation plate for a fuel cell stack, wherein the testing apparatus comprises: a base (100) where a separation plate (1) is placed; and a press plate (200) which is disposed to be ascended or descended while being spaced from an upper portion of the base (100), and pressurizes the separation plate (1) placed on the base (100). The press plate (200) comprises: a first press plate (201); and a second press plate (202) which is installed in the middle of the first press plate (201), so as to perform a forward or backward movement with respect to the first press plate (201). The second press plate (202) is formed in a size by which the second press plate (202) does not touch a gasket (5) of the separation plate (1) while facing a channel unit of the separation plate (1).
