The present invention relates to an improved manufacture method of pre-insulated pipes (100) by means of a continuous process where the step of adding the insulation material in a liquid state between the mould and the inner pipe (106) comprises positioning the liquid insulation material in the vicinity of the inner pipe (106), whereby the material surrounds the inner pipe (106) at an early development stage. This can among others be obtained by the use of an elevated plate arrangement.
