The present invention relates to an antioxidative composition containing aronia concentrate and ELS ACE 1 including vitamin A, C, and E as active ingredients, wherein the antioxidative composition in accordance with the present invention has a synergy effect as an antioxidant than when separately using each ingredient. Therefore, the antioxidative composition in accordance with the present invention is expected to be very effective in enhancing health as a free radical scavenger in the case of being applied to the conventional beverage and dietary supplement. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing vitamin A, C, and E from the antioxidative composition. The vitamin A, C, and E can be analyzed from a lot of samples simply and rapidly in a short time using high performance liquid chromatography by the separation method in accordance with the present invention.
