Provided is a standing pipe fixing device, comprising: a through sleeve (300); a first semicircular flange (210) and a second semicircular flange (220) fastened to an upper end of the through sleeve (300) to support a standing pipe; a first semicircular band (212) and a second semicircular band (222) respectively fastened to an upper surface of the first semicircular flange (210) and an upper surface of the second semicircular flange (220); and a first fastening piece (214) and a second fastening piece (224) positioned on the upper surface of the first semicircular flange (210) and the upper surface of the second semicircular flange (220) and extending in a horizontal direction so as to be positioned at one end and the other end of the first semicircular band (212) and the second semicircular band (222). One ends of the first semicircular flange (210) and the second semicircular flange (220) in the opposite directions of a circular arc have protrusions (210a, 220a), respectively, and the other ends thereof have fastening portions (210b, 220b) curved upwards. The protrusions (210a, 220a) and the fastening portions (210b, 220b) are coupled. |
