The purposes of the present invention are to safely install a thermal fuse, and widen a contact area for securing electrical stability when a thermal fuse lead wire and an electronic coil lead wire are connected to a terminal. According to the present invention, a fixing piece to be combined with an electronic coil is formed at the bottom of a mounting plate, and a terminal fixing tool is integrally constructed at the top of the mounting plate so that a terminal and a fuse holder with a supporting plate can be assembled to mount a thermal fuse. In this regard, the terminal fixing tool is combined with the terminal whose end has a coupling groove forming two grounding parts by bending the end of the terminal into a C-shape so as to widely secure latching protrusions on both ends, thereby facilitating the absorption of soldering. Moreover, a thermal fuse lead wire and an electronic coil lead wire are combined with the coupling groove to be electrically connected. The present invention has following effects. Height of the thermal fuse, which is mounted on the fuse holder, is variable according to a surrounding condition, thereby preventing damage to the thermal fuse during emission. In addition, the terminal is assembled on a mounting plate, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, and improving assembling efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, since a contact area is widely secured when the thermal fuse lead wire and the electrical coil lead wire are connected to the terminal, electrical stability is secured by the easy absorption of fusing and soldering, thereby increasing confidence in quality. |
