The present invention relates to a ball insertion device of a welding stud bolt, which improves durability and productivity and is easy to treat. The ball insertion device of a welding stud bolt comprises: an outer cylinder; first and second sleeves which are formed inside the cylinder; a die which is elastically installed to move inside the sleeves in a left and right direction; an insertion rod which is elastically installed to move inside the die in a left and right direction; a sleeve stopper which is formed in the right of the insertion rod; a cap which is located in the right of the sleeve stopper and finishes the right end of the cylinder; and a forcible discharge rod which is coupled from the outer side of the right of the cap to the second sleeve through penetration. |
