The purpose of the present invention is to continuously obtain a cake with a low moisture content while preventing the overuse of a chemical and promote the reduction in operating costs for sludge treatment and the improvement in the working environment of workers, by measuring the states of floc and filtrates in real time and automatically controlling the supply amount of the chemical and the stirring rate of the sludge and chemical according to the measurement results. A surgical treatment system of the present invention comprises: a sludge supply unit having a sludge concentration and storage tank for storing sludge therein, a sludge transfer pump for supplying the sludge stored in the sludge concentration and storage tank, and a sludge flowmeter for measuring the flow rate of the supplied sludge; a chemical supply unit having a coagulant dissolution tank, a chemical transfer pump for supplying the chemical stored in the coagulant dissolution tank, and a chemical flowmeter for measuring the flow rate of the supplied chemical; a floc generation unit having a floc formation tube body into which the sludge is supplied, an inline mixer installed at the floc formation tube body to stir the sludge and the chemical while discharging the chemical, which is supplied from the chemical supply unit, into the floc formation tube body, and a floc sensor assembly mounted on the floc formation tube body to measure the states of the flocs and filtrates generated by the inline mixer; and a controller for controlling the flow rate of the chemical supplied toward the floc generation unit and the stirring rate of the sludge and the chemical by comparing actual images obtained by photographing the states of the flocs and filtrates, measured by the floc sensor assembly, with a predetermined standard image.
