The present invention relates to a high voltage electrode of an electric double layer capacitor. The high voltage electrode of an electric double layer capacitor includes: a through-type aluminum sheet; multiple first hollow extrusion members formed to be extruded to one side of the through-type aluminum sheet; multiple second hollow extrusion members formed to be extruded to the other side of the through-type aluminum sheet; a metal oxidized layer applied to the through-type aluminum sheet, the first hollow extrusion members, and the second hollow extrusion members individually; a first active material sheet attached on the metal oxidized layer to be located on one side of the through-type aluminum sheet; and a second active material sheet attached on the metal oxidized layer to be located on the other side of the through-type aluminum sheet.
