A case of an electronic device has at least a part of an antenna embedded therein, wherein the antenna includes an antenna pattern and an antenna pattern frame installing the antenna pattern. The antenna pattern frame includes: at least one protrusion; and a groove formed in a lower part of at least one protrusion. According to the present invention, when injection molding the case having the antenna pattern frame embedded therein, the case does not leave a trace of fixating the antenna pattern frame inside a metal mold.
