STEAM DISCHARGE STRUCTURE OF STEAM CONDENSING APPARATUS

The present invention provides a steam discharging structure for a steam condenser. The steam discharging structure can minimize the amount of steam being discharged to the outside by extending a flow path of the steam being discharged to the outside from a coolant tank while widening the contact area between the steam and the coolant tank. The steam discharging structure includes the coolant tank using cooling water to condense the steam discharged from an inner pot of an electric pressure cooker. The coolant tank includes: a tank body storing the cooling water; an outer tank cover which covers the upper part of the tank and has a linking hole connected to the outside formed thereon; and an inner tank cover which is arranged on the lower part of the outside tank cover and forms an internal tank cover space. A curved path is formed on at least one section of the steam flow path to enable the steam in the internal tank body space to pass the internal tank cover space and flow to the linking hole.
