The present invention relates to a high-speed screening system which can screen an inhibitor of pathogenic Escherichia coli through screening a substance which specifically inhibits a Ler protein, to recombinant Escherichia coli used in the high-speed screening system, and to a producing method thereof. The inhibitor of pathogenic Escherichia coli which can minimize the incidence of resistant bacteria can be screened at a high speed in comparison with a conventional culture method by selectively inhibiting pathogenicity such as biofilm-forming ability and human colonic cell adhesion while not inhibiting pathogenic Escherichia coli growth growth and development when using the present invention. |
