Provided is an image sensor to increase an image quality by effectively removing a noise generated inside the image sensor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the image sensor comprises: a comparator which generates a comparing signal by comparing a pixel signal with a lamp signal; and a counter which is reset by a counter reset value according to an offset of the comparator, and generates a digital pixel signal according to the comparing signal.
