The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for verifying an antitumor agent and a manufacturing method thereof. The microfluidic chip for verifying the antitumor agent and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are to realize conditions similar to internal conditions of a human body inside the microfluidic chip and to verify the effectiveness, stability, and effects of the antitumor agent more certainly by using the conditions. If the stability and effectiveness of the antitumor agent are verified more certainly through the microfluidic chip, bad influence to consumers or patients due to the exaggeration of effects of the specific antitumor agent is prevented. In addition, the microfluidic chip can recognize the speed of the treatment of cancer cells and cancer tissues by using the antitumor agent, thereby contributing to recognize the duration of the cancer treatment or life expectancy through the corresponding antitumor agent. Additionally, the microfluidic chip for verifying the antitumor agent and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are capable of preventing the excessive expression of the cancer cells due to the influences of the drug in a verification process by enabling the verification of the antitumor agent by cultivating cancer tissues, not cancer cells, thereby enabling more accurate verification. |
