According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one among a metal atom, an oxygen atom, and a nitrogen atom separated from at least one particle among a metal oxide and a metal nitride does not make a different image, and is employed and distributed in an aluminum base; thereby a matrix fringe is formed by an expansion of a matrix of the aluminum base. As such, the aluminum material has a higher heat conductivity than an aluminum alloy material or pure aluminum material wherein the metal element and at least one among the nitrogen atom and the oxygen atom are not employed and distributed. |
