The present invention relates to a lighting device. The lighting device comprises: a reflective shade; and a light emitting unit mounted on the reflective shade. The reflective shade comprises: a ring-shaped rim unit; a mounting unit located on a center of the rim wherein the light emitting unit is mounted thereon; and a bar-shaped reflection unit installed between the rim unit and the mounting unit having polygonal holes at fixated intervals across an entire part. According to the present invention, the lighting device effectively lights a wide space such as a park or a road; and moreover, the lighting device also effectively emits heat generated when the light is radiated, and also minimizes resistance due to flow of external air. |
