The present invention provides a system for detecting a leakage of a harmful substance. The system for detecting a leakage of a harmful substance includes a guide member installed along the circumference of a system, a facility, or a device for connecting joints or the joint through which harmful substances generated in the system, the facility, or the device used to store, transfer, or process the harmful substances are leaked, wherein the inner side of the guide member is hollow and the guide member guides flow of the harmful substances leaked through the joint unit. The guide member has a leakage space from which the harmful substance of the inside is leaked to the outside or has the leakage space by a rising pressure inside the guide member, which is caused by the leaked harmful substance. According to the present invention, the system for detecting a leakage of harmful substances can accurately and rapidly detect the leakage of the harmful substances even if the harmful substances are leaked in any part of the joint, thereby removing a shade area. The system for detecting a leakage of harmful substances can prevent a local leakage accident of the harmful substances with a system in a simple structure and at low costs. Moreover, the system for detecting a leakage of harmful substances automatically blocks the leakage of the harmful substances as an alarm member transmits a detection signal to a control unit when the leakage of the harmful substance is detected and as the control unit operates a blocking unit. Thereby, the system for detecting a leakage of harmful substances effectively remove a shade time due to a direct inspection of an operator. |
